Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Return by mail at your own shipping cost, or bring it to either Dolphin Mall store for free. Email shop@shopmikino.com with your order number to start a return.

Sale items, swimwear and pierced jewelry are final sale.

Devoluciones: tienes 14 días desde la entrega. La prenda debe estar sin usar, sin lavar y con etiquetas. El reembolso va al método de pago original. Puedes devolver por correo (el envío corre por tu cuenta) o gratis en cualquiera de nuestras tiendas. Escríbenos a shop@shopmikino.com con tu número de pedido. Artículos en oferta, trajes de baño y joyería con perforación no tienen devolución.
